We are pleased to introduced ourselves as a pioneer for the development of otr tyre precured retreading system FIRST IN INDIA.
12.00-24, 13.00-24, 14.00-24, 14.00-25, 17.5-25 size tyre can be cure in 60 diameter electric curing chamber.
It is successfully running from 2001. It has proved the double the mileage performance compared to conventional retread tyre. Otr precured tread is excellent in resistance to cut, tear and wear. Chips cutting of OTR precured tread in hard rock mines loader tyre is very less. Less weight compared to conventional tread. In our R&D department, we have done elongation test, tensile test, abrasive test, hardness of tread regularly and fulfill the requirement of our client.
